Key Responsibilities
Design and develop infrastructure architecture solutions based on business and technical requirements.
Create cloud and hybrid infrastructure designs using platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Provide technical recommendations for infrastructure modernization, migration, and optimization.
Perform capacity planning, system design, and performance optimization.
Lead and mentor infrastructure teams, including task delegation and delivery management.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet scalability, security, and operational requirements.
Requirements
Proven experience in infrastructure solutioning and architecture design (mandatory).
Experience leading technical teams, including mentoring and delivery ownership (mandatory).
Hands-on experience with traditional infrastructure (servers, storage, virtualization) and/or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Strong understanding of hybrid infrastructure and enterprise architecture.
Experience in system design, capacity planning, and performance optimization.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
