Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
Monitor production activities, check reports, and analyze production performance.
Prepare and submit accurate production data and reports in a timely manner.
Ensure implementation of 5S practices and continuous improvement in the workplace.
Work closely with other departments (maintenance, QC, PPC) to solve production issues.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical, Pharmacy.
Minimum 3–4 years of experience in production, preferably in a Japanese manufacturing company.
Strong leadership and coordination skills.
Diligent, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
Strong analytical skills for checking and evaluating production reports.
Knowledge of 5S methodology and manufacturing best practices.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Able to work independently and in a team under tight deadlines.
