Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and analytical Data Entry Staff to support the company's operational activities. This position is responsible for collecting, managing, validating, and documenting data used across various departments within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Collect data from various internal sources according to operational and project requirements.
- Conduct research and gather relevant data from external sources.
- Input, organize, and maintain data in a structured and systematic manner.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Perform data cleaning, including identifying duplicates, correcting formatting issues, and maintaining data integrity.
- Prepare reports and documentation in accordance with company standards.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Finance, Human Resources, and other relevant teams to ensure data requirements are met efficiently.
- Contribute to the improvement of data management processes and workflows.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Vocational High School (SMK) in Accounting, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including basic to intermediate functions such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF, COUNTIF, Pivot Tables, and other similar formulas and data management tools.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle and organize large volumes of data.
- Good administrative and documentation skills.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Previous experience in Data Entry, Data Administration, Accounting Administration, or similar roles is an advantage.
- Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and generate meaningful insights to support business decision-making.
