Job Title: Odoo Functional 

Location: Yogyakarta, Indonesia (On-site work)

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Odoo Functional to join our dynamic team in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Odoo development, with at least 1-2 years of experience. The role offers the opportunity to work on exciting projects, collaborate with talented professionals, and contribute to the success of our company.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze client business processes and requirements, then map them to Odoo functionalities
• Lead functional workshops and gather user stories to define system specifications
• Configure and customize Odoo modules to fit client needs (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, etc.)
• Create functional documentation, test scenarios, and user guides
• Provide training and post-implementation support to users
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure proper system development and integration
• Troubleshoot and escalate issues where needed, ensuring timely resolution
• Manage multiple projects and tasks with attention to detail and timelines

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 year experience working with ERP systems (Odoo experience is a strong advantage)
• Strong understanding of business processes such as Sales, Finance, Inventory, Manufacturing, or HR
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working directly with clients and end-users
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in English (spoken and written)
• Familiarity with project management tools or ERP implementation methodology is a plus
