AI Solutions Architect

Role Overview

We're looking for experienced professionals who enjoy solving business problems, working closely with stakeholders and turning complex challenges into practical AI solutions. You'll spend time understanding how organisations work, designing AI solutions around their business processes, implementing those solutions through PIPE44 and partnering with clients to ensure they deliver long-term value.

What You Will Do

Understand how client organisations operate and identify opportunities where AI can create measurable business value. Lead discovery sessions and solution design activities with business stakeholders. Design practical AI operating models aligned to each organisation's objectives and ways of working.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in solutions architecture, enterprise technology, AI transformation, digital transformation, knowledge management, business process improvement or a related field
• Demonstrated experience working directly with business stakeholders, department leaders or executive teams
• Strong practical understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents and modern enterprise AI workflows
• Experience designing or implementing AI-enabled business solutions in production environments
• Understanding of AI governance, knowledge management and responsible AI practices
• Ability to translate business challenges into practical AI-enabled solutions
• Strong documentation, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working with structured governance, accountability and delivery processes
• Experience working in remote, client-facing environments is highly desirable
• Strong ownership mentality, you deliver what you commit to
• Business-fluent English (written and verbal)
