- Develop and execute internal audit programs (operational, financial, and compliance) across all business units (farm, dressing plant & feed mill).
- Evaluate the effectiveness of internal control systems and risk management processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and applicable regulations.
- Identify potential fraud, inefficiencies, and operational deviations.
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports along with actionable recommendations.
- Monitor and follow up on audit findings to ensure proper implementation.
- Coordinate with related departments to improve internal processes.
- Supervise and guide the internal audit team.
