Digital Ads Specialist (TikTok, Meta & Google Ads)
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Ads Specialist with expertise in TikTok Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and Google Ads. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of audience targeting, campaign strategy, ad optimization, conversion tracking, and performance analytics. This role requires ownership of the entire advertising lifecycle—from campaign setup and audience research to optimization, reporting, and scaling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute paid advertising strategies across TikTok, Meta, and Google Ads platforms.
- Conduct in-depth audience research to identify and target high-converting customer segments.
- Build and manage full-funnel advertising campaigns, including awareness, consideration, retargeting, and conversion campaigns.
- Set up and configure advertising accounts, pixels, conversion APIs, tags, events, and tracking systems.
- Create audience structures using demographic, behavioral, interest-based, lookalike, custom, and first-party data targeting.
- Launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns based on KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, CPC, CPM, and conversion rates.
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, landing pages, bidding strategies, and campaign structures.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently and identify opportunities to scale profitable campaigns.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and marketing teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and messaging.
- Implement attribution and tracking solutions using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Conversion API, and other analytics tools.
- Produce detailed performance reports and communicate findings to stakeholders.
