REQUIREMENTS :
Candidate must posses at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies / Management, Economics, Marketing or Equivalent
1-2 years experience in Business Development or as Business Development Manager in Outsourcing Company
Prior working experience in Banking Industry as a Account Officer/ Relationship Officer/ Relationship Manager or Banking & Credit Analysis for more than 3 years is a plus
Have an experience in productive loan company would be a plus point also.
Must be Fluent in English (interview will be conducted in English Speaking) and Mandarin speaking would be a plus point
Ability to build relationship with all types of people
Good negotiation skill presentation skill, logical thinking, high initiative, and a determined person
Good understanding of marketing practice, trends, and demands, in productive loan products.
Willing to work as a Solo Contributor
JOB DESCRIPTION :
Strategic Planning Business
Identify and research potential clients
Develop and maintain client relationships
Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders
Monitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed
Gather useful information from customer and competitor data
Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives
