We manage the whole stack internally including our own network (private fiber network around Europe), custom built servers and bespoke software components for the future of Web 3 and Internet Capital Markets.TasksWhat you would doOperate validator node, ensuring the stability, security and efficiency of our Solana infrastructure & operations, with tasks including, but not limited toEnsure continuous operation of our Solana systems, perform updatesMonitoring and performance tuningAbility to proactively seek new avenues for extending and speeding up setup in the Solana ecosystemAutomate node deployment, operations via Ansible and TerraformCollaborate with traders, to help them with infrastructure performanceBe involved in the communication with our partnersBe part of our on-call duty rotationLearn, grow and peek beyond your current roleRequirementsWhat we are looking forWe are looking for a Solana Systems Engineer with strong knowledge of computer systems and networks, passion for blockchain & decentralization. You must have an eye for detail, because even a millisecond matters. Our team has a natural drive to maintain and develop our presence in the everchanging Solana ecosystem.Strong Linux skills and system engineering skills.
