As a (Senior) Data Engineer, you will be the driving force behind the development and optimization of our cloud-based data platforms. Working at the intersection of business and technology, you will ensure that our data solutions are not only technically excellent but also provide real business value to our customers.Using state-of-the-art technologies, you will develop robust data pipelines, ETL processes, and high-performance data models that enable scalable and efficient data utilization. Design and implementation of scalable data platforms using Microsoft Azure (Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL, Azure Synapse, Databricks)ETL & Data Processing ? Building, optimizing, and maintaining high-performance data pipelines with Databricks, Spark, and KafkaData Warehousing & Modeling ? Developing robust data models and optimizing performance for efficient queriesAutomation & CI/CD ? Implementing CI/CD pipelines to automate deployments and testingCollaboration with Business & Tech Teams ? Close coordination with Data Scientists, Analytics Teams, and Business Stakeholders to develop data-driven solutionsBest Practices & Scalability ? Ensuring our data solutions are sustainable, maintainable, and future-proof Experience & Tech Stack ? Several years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role, ideally with a focus on Microsoft AzureTechnical Expertise ? Strong knowledge of Databricks, Spark, Kafka, and data modeling (Star Schema, Snowflake, Data Vault)Cloud & Big Data Knowledge ? Experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure DatabricksPerformance Optimization ? Understanding of how to scale data pipelines and optimize queries efficientlyBusiness Understanding ? Ability to develop solutions that are not only technically excellent but also create clear business valueCommunication & Teamwork ? Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable way and collaborate with interdisciplinary teamsLanguage Skills ? Fluent English (C1);
