The Customer Service Representative serves as the primary point of contact for members seeking assistance with insurance-related services. This role provides accurate information regarding benefits, service coverage, eligibility, authorizations, and general account inquiries. The representative delivers professional, empathetic, and customer-focused support while maintaining confidentiality and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries regarding insurance benefits, coverage, and eligibility.
- Assist customers with service-related questions, authorizations, and account concerns.
- Explain policies, procedures, and available services clearly and accurately.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with internal departments to address customer needs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Meet established quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism and empathy in every interaction.
Job Requirements
•College Graduate with or without experience
•Completed 2 years in College with 6months work experience
•Above Average English communication skills
•Good interpersonal skills
•Analytical and problem solving skills
•Good comprehension skills
•Basic knowledge with MS Office
•Willing to work on weekends and holidays"
