Role Overview

We're looking for detail-oriented professionals who enjoy learning, solving problems, and helping homebuyers make informed decisions. As a Residential Home Inspector, you'll work independently and manage time effectively, evaluating major home systems and preparing detailed electronic inspection reports.

Perform residential home inspections, evaluate major home systems, use inspection tools and technology to document findings, prepare detailed electronic inspection reports, and clearly communicate inspection findings to clients.

Requirements

• Home inspection experience is a plus but not required
• Experience in residential construction, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, pest control, property maintenance or related trades is highly desirable
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Basic computer proficiency
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
