Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and update operation data, fitting data, and database accurately.
2. Ensure all data entries are precise and timely.
3. Measure clients' body patterns accurately.
4. Convert body measurements into appropriate clothing sizes.
5. Handle and understand various forms used in the tailoring process, create and maintain accurate tailoring notes and invoices.
6. Coordinate timelines and specifications with tailors, ensure clear communication of client requirements and tailoring details.
7. Manage returns and adjustments if there are errors or defects, perform quality control on finished garments.
8. Maintain an organized and efficient workspace, ensure proper packaging and storage of client items.
9. Provide excellent customer service and respond to client queries promptly.
10. Conduct virtual fittings and adjustments.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree (S1) with proven experience in tailoring coordination or fashion field.
2. Extra points if you can speak English and Digital Savvy.
3. Strong understanding of measurement techniques and tailoring specifications.
4. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
5. Ability to manage and organize data accurately.
6. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and precision.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
