- Oversee real-time attendance for all scheduled classes, managing a "strike" system or disciplinary tracking for tardiness or absences.
- Daily monitoring of "Klinik PR" sessions to ensure seamless delivery and immediate resolution of any operational bottlenecks.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis into "Klinik PR" utilization rates to identify how effectively the service is being used and pinpoint trends in teacher attendance behavior.
- Synthesize raw data into weekly and monthly operational reports, highlighting key metrics in "Klinik PR" utilization, attendance trends, and actionable insights for improvement.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (Management, Communications, or Education preferred).
- 1-2 years in Operations, Workforce Management, or Academic Coordination.
- Proficiency in data tracking tools (Google Sheets/Excel).
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or scheduling software.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is a plus.
