As a Porter / Concierge, assist guests with arrival and departure experience, provide exceptional service, and create special moments. Be the first point of contact and greet guests with a warm welcome. Share knowledge and passion for Melbourne with visitors. Assist with general enquiries, luggage requests, valet parking, and general Porter duties.
Requirements
- Victorian full drivers license is essential
- Energetic, team-focused and can-do attitude
- Enthusiasm to connect with guests and to hear their story
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work across a 7 day roster - evenings, mornings and weekends
