Key responsibilities :
Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with company objectives and market opportunities
Create and manage brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing and communications channels
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify brand positioning opportunities and market trends
Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling brand messaging, visual identity, and marketing collateral
Monitor and evaluate brand performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management
Manage brand partnerships and collaborate with external agencies on marketing campaigns and initiatives
Oversee brand communication across digital and traditional media platforms
Support product launches and promotional campaigns with strategic brand positioning
Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in brand management to continuously enhance our brand strategy
What we're looking for :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field
2 years of professional experience in brand management, marketing communications or a similar role
Strong understanding of brand strategy, positioning, and development within the marketing and communications industry
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Indonesian
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms and marketing analytics software
Proven ability to develop creative concepts and translate them into actionable marketing strategies
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed strategic decisions
Collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams and external partners
Experience with market research and competitor analysis
Knowledge of the Indonesian market and consumer behavior is advantageous
