Business Analyst

Job Description:

As an IT Business Analyst, you will play a key role in understanding and translating business requirements into functional solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders, designers, and developers to ensure that our products meet user needs and align with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Create detailed flowcharts and process maps to visualize business processes and system interactions.
• Preferable can make UI/UX design using tools like Figma to create wireframes and prototypes that reflect user needs.
• Apply design thinking principles to ensure user-centric problem-solving and solution development.
• Utilize relevant Business Analyst tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, etc.) to manage and track project requirements.
• Conduct gap analysis, assess risks, and propose actionable recommendations to improve processes and systems.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to ensure alignment and project success.
• Facilitate workshops, user interviews, and brainstorming sessions to gather insights and validate solutions.
• Develop test cases during the testing phase to ensure solutions meet business needs and conduct user acceptance test with user.
• Make user guide for user and conduct training for trainer.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of flowcharting and process mapping tools such as Microsoft Visio or Lucidchart.
• Proficiency in Figma for wireframing and prototyping, with a solid grasp of UI/UX principles.
• Familiarity with design thinking methodology and its application in solving complex business problems.
• Hands-on experience with IT Business Analyst tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Agile methodologies and working in a Scrum team.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools such as SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
