Job Summary:


We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents. No prior BPO or call center experience is required. Successful candidates will be trained to provide excellent customer service, handle inquiries, and resolve customer concerns professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound and/or make outbound customer calls.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, requests, and concerns.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • No BPO or call center experience required.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Basic computer and typing skills.
  • Willingness to learn and undergo training.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays if required.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
