Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting & Administrative Coordinator to support our finance and administrative operations. This role requires excellent English communication skills, strong numerical accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience in accounting administration, accounts payable and receivable, financial record keeping, and client communication. They must be proactive, reliable, emotionally intelligent, and capable of handling sensitive financial information with professionalism and discretion.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Prepare invoices, process payments, and follow up on outstanding accounts.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and financial records.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
- Assist with payroll administration and employee expense reimbursements.
- Prepare financial reports, spreadsheets, and management summaries.
- Support month-end and year-end accounting procedures.
- Communicate professionally with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders regarding billing and account-related matters.
- Monitor financial transactions and identify discrepancies for resolution.
- Provide general administrative support, including document management, data entry, and record maintenance.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and other finance-related projects as required.
Requirements
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Previous experience in accounting, bookkeeping, finance administration, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Professional and confidential handling of sensitive financial information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and accounting software.
- Ability to communicate professionally and empathetically with clients and vendors.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Bookkeeping.
- Experience with accounting platforms such as Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB, NetSuite, or similar systems.
- Experience working remotely with international clients.
- Familiarity with payroll processing and financial reporting.
