Responsibilities:
- Own and drive digital revenue performance across key product SKUs, ensuring each product contributes consistently to business growth.
- Develop and execute digital demand strategies by defining target audiences, core messaging, and creative approaches across the full marketing funnel.
- Lead and direct creative performance by translating product insights into high-impact digital content and advertising concepts.
- Collaborate closely with Content, Video Production, and KOL teams to produce and optimize performance-driven creatives.
- Manage and optimize paid digital channels (Meta, TikTok, Google, and Marketplace Ads) with a strong focus on creative testing and scalability.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics including revenue per SKU, ROAS, cost per lead, and creative performance trends.
- Build demand through education-based and insight-driven marketing, reducing reliance on heavy promotions or discounts.
- Ensure alignment across Product, Creative, KOL, and Performance teams to deliver a consistent and effective brand and revenue narrative.
- Prepare performance reports and actionable insights to support data-driven decision making and continuous optimization.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in performance-driven digital marketing, preferably in FMCG, supplement, fitness, or performance-based brands.
- Proven experience in managing revenue-focused digital initiatives, not just campaign execution.
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior, funnel strategy, and creative testing frameworks.
- Able to analyze performance data and translate insights into effective creative and demand strategies.
- Experienced in building demand through education, storytelling, and problem-solution messaging, beyond heavy reliance on promotions or discounts.
- Comfortable managing products SKU by SKU with a strong business and ownership mindset.
- Results-driven, structured, curious, and able to collaborate confidently with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
