Lead quality and food safety transformation across a multi-site FMCG/Retail operation, driving strategic governance based on 7 Pilar FSQC framework, shifting team allocation from reactive to 70% preventive approach, and leading Management Review processes.
Key responsibilities
Lead quality transformation based on 7 Pilar FSQC, shifting team allocation from reactive to 70% preventive
Lead Management Review processes
Oversee PRP (pest control, alergen, GHP, sanitasi) across 5 factories
Validate HACCP/OPRP and product release criteria
Conduct environmental swab testing
Standardise SOP/digital checklists across 500 stores (baking vs non-baking)
Oversee cold chain management and Hygiene Supervisor training programmes
Manage risk-based supplier approval, particularly for animal-derived ingredients/NKV and allergens
Evaluate vendor performance using scorecard methodology
Lead RCA 5-Why investigations and mock recall simulations (
