QC Staff - Quality Control

Key responsibilities

• Perform laboratory testing of raw materials, packaging materials, in-process products, and finished goods

• Conduct inline quality inspections and monitor product quality during the production process

• Perform incoming inspection of raw materials and packaging materials according to established specifications and standards

• Record, analyze, and report test and inspection results accurately and on time

• Ensure all QC activities comply with company procedures, GMP, food safety, and quality standards

• Identify quality deviations and support investigation and corrective actions

• Maintain laboratory equipment, instruments, reagents, and QC documentation

• Support calibration, verification, sampling, and other routine QC activities

• Ensure proper implementation of hygiene, safety, and laboratory practices

About you

• D3-S1 qualification in Food Technology, Nutrition, Chemical Engineering or Biology

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Quality Control, preferably in the food, beverage, FMCG, or manufacturing industry

• Experience in laboratory testing, inline quality control, and incoming inspection

• Familiar with basic physical, chemical, and/or microbiological testing methods

• Understanding of GMP, HACCP, food safety, and quality management systems is an advantage

• Able to operate basic laboratory instruments and perform accurate documentation

• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Willing to work in a shift-based manufacturing environment

• Conversational English skills are required. Japanese language skills will be an advantage
