UI/UX Designer Requirements (Open to Undergraduate Students)
1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (Undergraduate students are welcome to apply)
2. Proficient in using Figma for UI design projects.
3. Familiar with fundamental Figma features, including:
* Components and Component Sets
* Variants
* Text Styles (Typography Styles)
* Auto Layout
* Design Systems
4. Good understanding of basic UI visual hierarchy principles.
5. Good understanding of basic flowcharting and user flow concepts.
6. Has completed at least one UI design project with an end-to-end design process, or has participated in a hackathon, UI/UX competition, or similar design challenge.
7. Able to communicate design ideas clearly and collaborate effectively within a team.
Nice to Have
1. Basic knowledge of UX principles, wireframing, and prototyping.
2. Portfolio showcasing academic, personal, freelance, or competition projects.
3. Interest in learning and growing in UI/UX design.
