We are looking for an HRGA Manager to strengthen the Company's legal, procedure and compliance overall processes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide legal guidance on HR policies, procedures, and compliance.

  • Manage and resolve employment litigation and disputes.

  • Representing the organization in legal and authorities' proceedings.

  • Advising senior management on legal implications and risks.

  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.

  • Oversee internal investigations related to HR & Legal issues.

  • Developing, implementing and managing HRGA & legal overall policies, strategies and procedures.

  • Collaborate with HR and management on HR & Legal relations matters.

  • Draft and review employment contracts and other legal documents.

  • Conduct training sessions on legal aspects of HR for staff members.

Required Profile

  • Minimum Bachelors' Degree of Law, Human Resources or a related field

  • Minimum 10+ years experiences in Legal and Human Resources Management

  • Strong knowledge of Legal and authorities' proceedings, labor laws and regulations

  • Proven experience in managing employment, legal and authorities' litigation.

  • Fluent English skills are mandatory, both written and spoken. Being able to speak Mandarin and Hokkien is a plus.

  • Proven experience at presentation skills (public speaking) for various levels of stakeholders.

  • The ability to manage stakeholders across the organization and align them towards shared goals.

  • Able to work hands-on to drive implementation while continuously evaluating strategic direction.

  • Experience in logistic and distribution industry is preferred

  • Proficiency in Excel, Accurate or other ERP systems and software

  • Preferred to own a vehicle, has SIM A and SIM C is mandatory

  • Domicile in Medan, North Sumatra
