ENGLISH TUTOR
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree (S1) in English Literature, English Education, or a related field.
Having an English proficiency certificate (minimum B2) is an advantage.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Required skills : teaching skills, time management, and effective communication.
Fluent in both written and spoken English.
Enthusiastic about teaching children aged 4-15.
Enjoys working with children and teenagers.
Previous experience in a related field is preferred.
Honest, disciplined, neat, creative, hardworking, and tech-savvy.
Willing to work onsite (West Surabaya).
Responsibilities :
Teaches English to children aged 4-15.
Provides quality academic coaching in a small-group setting in accordance with Eye Level's philosophy, teaching methods, curriculum, and individual progress plan.
Communicates effectively and profesionally with students, parents, and colleagues.
Motivates and encourages students to achieve their full potential.
Assesses student performance and maintains individual progress reports.
Promptly notifies the Center Coordinator of any issues or concerns.
