Job Description :
- Handle daily fund receipt & payment, expense reimbursement, bank settlement and online banking operations to ensure fund safety and accuracy
- Maintain cash and bank journals, complete monthly bank reconciliation, and prepare daily, weekly and monthly fund reports
- Safeguard bills, imprest funds and financial files; properly organize, bind and file accounting vouchers
- Liaise with local banks and other external institutions in Indonesia, assist with local compliance and accounting matters
- Cooperate with the park finance team on cross-border settlement and data verification
- Complete other finance-related tasks assigned by supervisors
Requirements :
- Indonesian local Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking or related fields; holder of Indonesian accounting certificate is preferred
- At least 1 year of working experience in related field
- Fluent in Mandarin; proficiency in Indonesian or English is a plus; experience living or working in Indonesia is preferred
- Proficient in MS Office and financial software; careful, responsible, principled and detail-oriented
- Able to work stably in Jakarta long-term, comply with local laws and company regulations
