Responsibilities
• Manage product development from concept to launch

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of consumer needs, market trends, and product claims, especially in the hair care industry
• Experience in developing product concepts, formulations, packaging, and product positioning
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail oriented, proactive, and passionate about product innovation
