We are looking for a housekeeper for a villa in Ubud.

Cleaning and preparing the villa for guest check-ins.
Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and order.
Changing bed linens and towels, and restocking guest supplies.
Greeting guests, assisting with check-in and check-out.
Preparing simple breakfasts when needed.
Monitoring the condition of the villa and handling day-to-day tasks such as ordering water and gas, checking supplies, receiving deliveries, arranging maintenance services, and reporting any issues or repairs that are needed.
Requirements:
Basic conversational English.
Responsible, honest, and punctual.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
Friendly and polite when interacting with guests.
Well-organised and able to work independently.
Physically able to perform cleaning duties.
Previous experience in housekeeping, hotels, or villas is an advantage.
The schedule is flexible and the workload is generally light, so it can easily be combined with another job. On guest changeover days, you’ll typically work from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM to clean the villa, prepare it for the next guests, and welcome them. On other days, there may be only a few tasks or none at all. Occasionally, if guests arrive in the evening, you’ll need to visit the villa twice in one day: once for cleaning and again for a short check-in.
Salary:
IDR 2 million during the first month (probation period).
IDR 3 million per month after probation.
Performance bonuses with the opportunity to earn IDR 4 million per month or more.
