I. Position Purpose:
Responsible for managing cleaning services, employee dormitories, and daily administrative logistics affairs. Ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained working and living environment, and support the stable operation of the factory.
II. Job Responsibilities
(1) Cleaning Management
Supervise and monitor the daily cleaning activities and service quality of office areas, meeting rooms, and public spaces within the factory.
Coordinate the issuance and control of cleaning supplies and related costs.
Implement 6S management and environmental hygiene improvement measures to ensure a clean and standardized factory environment.
(2) Dormitory Management
Manage employee dormitory check-in, room transfers, check-out procedures, bed allocation, and key records.
Conduct inspections on dormitory safety, hygiene, and discipline, and identify electrical and fire safety hazards.
Follow up on dormitory maintenance requests and ensure timely completion of repairs.
Collect and coordinate the resolution of employee accommodation-related issues to improve dormitory service quality.
(3) General Administrative Affairs
Manage the registration, distribution, inventory records, and cost control of office supplies.
Provide support for meetings, visitor reception, and administrative document filing.
Assist in organizing employee welfare programs, team-building activities, and logistics support services.
Complete other temporary administrative tasks assigned by management.
III. Job Requirements
College diploma (Associate Degree) or above; major in Administration, Logistics Management, or related fields is preferred.
Experience in administrative support, dormitory management, or cleaning management is preferred; manufacturing industry experience is an advantage.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and execution-focused, with strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Strong service mindset and willingness to follow work arrangements.
Ability to communicate in Chinese is preferred.
