Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in any major (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role is an advantage.
Proficiency in Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo is strongly preferred.
Familiarity with airline ticketing policies, fare rules, and booking procedures.
Fluency in English is required; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
Strong communication skills with a genuine customer-first mindset.
Excellent problem-solving abilities to resolve ticketing and reservation issues efficiently.
High attention to detail with strong accuracy in processing bookings.
Ability to multitask and work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
