Job Description:
Implementation of HIRA/IBPR in the work environment according to the provisions
Planning repairs, maintenance of roads, bridges, NF, MPP, culverts and others
Monitoring the availability of spare parts for the availability of heavy equipment units, vehicles, generators, electrical installations, air conditioners, pump engines, and other small engine units
Preventive and Predictive maintenance of all engine units, electrical and air conditioning installations
Control the actual cost of Preventive and Predictive maintenance vs budget and road needs
Carry out employee development activities that are within their work area at least 1 (one) level under their supervision.
Specification:
Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering
Min 2 years proven experience in the related position
Competency Technical : Microsoft Office, Mechanical & Engineering, Autocad
Non-Technical Competency: Leadership, Organizing, Planning, Communications, Budgeting, Analytical Thinking, Detail oriented, and target oriented
Willing to be placed on rubber plantation area in Site Tebo, Jambi.
