Job Description

Build and maintain Application and Behavioral scorecards for BFI products using internal and external data.
Develop propensity models for existing customers to drive automated cross-sell approvals and limit increases.
Define and optimize Scorecard Cut-offs and Risk Acceptance Criteria (RAC) to maximize approval rates at targeted loss levels.
Implement real-time delinquency monitoring frameworks to detect early-warning signs in the portfolio.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: Bachelor Degree major Science, Statistics, or Mathematics .
Min 5 years in Banking or Fintech (Credit Scoring focus) .
Good in Python/R, SQL, Machine Learning (XGBoost/LightGBM).
Exp: Experience in Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) modeling.
Proficiency in translating risk policies into mathematical logic.
Advanced data visualization and Vintage Analysis.
