Kualifikasi

• Pendidikan minimal D3/S1

• Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3 tahun sebagai Project Manager Event, Exhibition, Sponsorship, atau Business Event

• Memiliki kemampuan leadership, komunikasi, negosiasi, dan problem solving yang baik

• Memiliki kemampuan sales dan sponsorship untuk mencari serta menjalin kerja sama dengan brand, partner, vendor dan sponsor

• Terbiasa melakukan pitching, presentasi, dan closing kerja sama bisnis

• Memiliki relasi/networking di dunia brand, event, media, atau bisnis menjadi nilai tambah

• Terbiasa bekerja dengan target, timeline, dan pressure tinggi

• Mampu mengelola tim, vendor, exhibitor, dan operasional event secara menyeluruh

Tanggung Jawab

• Mengelola seluruh persiapan dan pelaksanaan Pameran

• Mengkoordinasikan tim internal, vendor, exhibitor, dan partner

• Mencari dan mengembangkan peluang sponsorship dan kerja sama

• Memastikan target exhibitor, sponsor, dan visitor tercapai

• Menjadi PIC utama selama project berlangsung
