Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. This position will be responsible for supporting sales activities, building good relationships with customers, promoting our products and services, and helping the company achieve its sales targets.
The ideal candidate is proactive, communicative, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a sports, hospitality, or lifestyle business environment.
Responsibilities
Promote and sell company products and services, including court bookings, memberships, event packages, retail products, and other available offerings.
Approach potential customers, communities, corporate clients, and partners to generate new sales opportunities.
Maintain good relationships with existing customers and follow up with leads or inquiries.
Explain product information, pricing, promotions, and packages clearly to customers.
Assist customers in choosing the most suitable products or services based on their needs.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Coordinate with the Front Office, Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams regarding bookings, payments, promotions, and customer requests.
Record sales activities, customer data, leads, and follow-up progress accurately.
Support promotional activities, events, tournaments, and community engagement programs when needed.
Handle customer complaints or feedback professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
Prepare regular sales reports for management.
Requirements
Minimum education: SMA/SMK; Diploma or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Minimum 3 year of experience in sales (D3) or 5 years (SMA/SMK), customer service, hospitality, sports, retail, or related fields is preferred.
Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident in approaching new customers and building relationships.
Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools.
Able to communicate in English is a plus.
Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, flexible working hours, or shifting schedules if required.
Well-groomed and presentable.
Interest in sports, padel, lifestyle, or hospitality industry is a plus.
Owning a personal vehicle is a plus.
