Lokasi Kerja : World Capital Tower - Mega Kuningan, Jakarta Selatan

Persyaratan :

  • Lulusan D3/S1 semua jurusan atau bidang terkait

  • Pengalaman minimal 2 – 3 tahun di bidang Export Import

  • Memiliki pemahaman mendalam terkait dokumen export dan import (pembuatan CIPL, AWB dll)

  • Terbiasa berhubungan dengan Forwarder dan Pelayaran

  • Dapat berbahasa Inggris secara aktif dan lancar baik lisan dan tertulis

  • Dapat Bergabung Segera

Deskripsi Pekerjaan Export Import :

  • Memproses Dokumentasi Ekspor-Impor
    Menyiapkan dan memproses dokumen seperti Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, serta menginput data melalui sistem CEISA 4.0 dan INSW.

  • Koordinasi Shipment dan Logistik
    Berkoordinasi dengan freight forwarder, PPJK, dan shipping agent untuk mengatur pengiriman barang, tracking shipment, dan memastikan delivery sesuai jadwal.
