Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Human Resources, or a related field. or related field.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in the same field.
Strong understanding of Indonesian payroll regulations, and PPh 21 taxation.
Hands-on experience with Coretax and tax reporting processes will be an advantage.
Proven experience in managing and operating HRIS systems
High attention to detail with excellent numerical skills.
High integrity and professionalism in handling confidential information.

Responsibilities:
Manage and execute end-to-end monthly payroll processing, including salary, overtime, allowances, and other variable components.
Ensure accurate calculation and reporting of PPh 21, BPJS Kesehatan, and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.
Administer and maintain employee data within the HRIS system, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.
Handle employee data changes such as new hires, promotions, transfers, and terminations in the HRIS.
Reconcile payroll data and generate periodic payroll reports and analysis.
Support tax administration processes, including reporting through Coretax and other related tax systems.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors regarding payroll, HRIS, and tax matters.
Ensure payroll processes comply with applicable labor regulations and tax laws.
Generate and deliver accurate, up-to-date headcount and employee data reports to support internal HR operations and management needs.
Support internal and external audit requirements related to payroll and employee data.
