Internal Audit Manager

Busana Apparel Group is seeking an experienced Internal Audit Manager to lead and execute internal audit activities across the Group. The ideal candidate has a strong background in manufacturing or FMCG, with extensive experience in internal auditing, risk management, and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing the annual internal audit plan.

• Lead and manage audit engagements across business units and operational functions.

• Prepare audit programs, working papers, and audit reports.

• Execute audit engagements in accordance with the approved monthly and annual audit plans.

• Identify, assess, and document risks in the risk register.

• Perform ad hoc audit assignments and investigations as requested by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting from a reputable university.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

• Minimum 10–15 years of audit experience, preferably in the manufacturing or FMCG industry, with at least several 5 years in a managerial role. (Adjust this if you prefer 5–10 years.)

• Strong experience in auditing:

• Manufacturing/factory operations, exposure in garment manufacturing is a plus.

• Export-Import (Exim) and Customs processes

• Strong understanding of risk management, internal controls, and business processes.

• Sound knowledge of auditing standards and accounting principles.

• Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and time management skills.

• Ability to build effective working relationships with auditees and business process owners to achieve audit objectives.

• Willingness to travel occasionally to other Busana Group factories to support audit engagements.

• Willing to be based at the Ungaran or Purbolinggo office.

• Available to join within one month.
