Kami mencari HSE Admin & Reporting Officer yang akan mengelola database safety, membangun dashboard monitoring, dan menyiapkan materi presentasi weekly safety meeting. Posisi ini cocok untuk kandidat yang kuat di Excel dan suka mengolah data jadi informasi yang rapi dan mudah dibaca.

Tanggung Jawab


  • Mengelola dan update database safety (pelanggaran, APD, training, hasil inspeksi)
  • Membangun & maintain dashboard Excel untuk monitoring KPI safety
  • Membuat materi presentasi weekly safety meeting di Canva
  • Mengelola administrasi dokumen HSE (BAP, SP, sertifikat, dll)
  • Koordinasi data dengan tim safety di lapangan (multi-site)


Kualifikasi


  • Min. D3/S1, segala jurusan
  • Mahir Excel: VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTable, dashboard dari data mentah (bukan cuma isi template)
  • Mahir Canva untuk presentasi profesional
  • Teliti, disiplin deadline, terbiasa kerja dengan data
  • Pengalaman 1-2 tahun di bidang admin/data/reporting (tidak harus dari HSE)
  • Nilai plus: paham dasar K3, pernah kerja di kontraktor tambang/alat berat/logistik, Sertifikasi KEMNAKER
