Kualifikasi 

1. Perempuan Minimal D3 Jurusan Kesehatan Masyarakat, Perawat atau bidang terkait

2. Usia 26-35 tahun 

3. Berpengalaman menjadi penyuluh dibidang kesehatan minimal 2 tahun (puskesmas diutamakan)
