Job Responsibilities
Define and lead the full-funnel growth strategy, aligning brand, acquisition, and product initiatives.
Own the annual 360° integrated marketing strategy and campaign roadmap.
Identify market gaps, emerging trends, and whitespace opportunities to drive business growth.
Translate insights into actionable growth strategies and experiments.
Develop and execute Mega & Macro KOL strategies to increase scale, conversion, and brand trust.
Optimize the full customer funnel from Exposure → Click → Register → Apply → Approval → Revenue.
Support decision-making through real-time dashboards, performance tracking, and growth reporting.
Job Requirements
4+ years of experience in Growth, Performance Marketing, or Strategy roles.
Proven track record in driving user growth, conversion improvement, and cost efficiency.
Strong understanding of full-funnel growth, performance marketing, and conversion optimization.
Hands-on experience managing KOL campaigns, especially Mega and Macro KOL tiers.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into action.
Familiar with attribution systems, dashboards, and growth analytics tools.
Result-oriented, business-driven, and accountable for measurable outcomes.
