What You'll Do
- Analyze and interpret large datasets to uncover business insights.
- Build predictive models and machine learning solutions.
- Perform data cleaning, profiling, feature engineering, and exploratory analysis.
- Present insights and recommendations to business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Business and IT teams to deliver data-driven solutions.
- Willing to work onsite (WFO) in Sunter, North Jakarta.
What We're Looking For
✅ Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
✅ Minimum 5 years of experience as a Data Scientist or similar role
✅ Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and Machine Learning techniques
✅ Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, MicroStrategy) and Big Data technologies is a plus
✅ Hands-on experience with predictive modeling, data analysis, and large datasets
✅ Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience with Hadoop or SAP HANA
- Knowledge of clustering, classification, regression, and neural networks
