Main objective of position :
Managing customer orders and complaint cases by utilizing ENCOWAY and SAP to ensure accurate and timely order processing.
Key Responsibilities :
· Create and maintain cylinder master data for new orders, complaint jobs in, and intercompany (IC) transactions in SAP.
· Process Quotation in accordance with customer requirements.
· Monitor and control order lead times to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
· Maintain and update active order overviews, including printing cylinder, embossing, and daily production status reports.
· Coordinate and monitor reproduction files received from Saueressig Plant in Germany and Poland to ensure on-time processing.
· Updating Overview List of active orders (Printing Cylinders and Embossing Job) and Production Daily Overview.
· Coordinate with internal departments, including Sales, Production, Planning, Repro, and Finance, to ensure smooth order execution and timely issue resolution.
· Prepare and maintain monthly report for customers.
· Process credit memos for complaint cases and complete the required 8D documentation in the system.
· D3 / S1 all majoring.
· Fresh graduates are welcome.
· Good level of written and spoken English.
· Understand customer requirement and expectations.
· Having basic knowledge of design applications will be an added value.
· Strong data skills, with the ability to work with data, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
· Willing to work at PIER Pasuruan
