Job Descriptions:
-Strong planning and organizing work together with project team to achieve the target
-Manage and maintain progress in Engineering Project Management System (EPMS)
-Experience presenting project management solutions in a variety of internal meetings and customer facing meetings
-Proactive with can-do-attitude
-Requires thorough and demonstrated knowledge of project management and methodologies to deliver on time, on budget, on spec for telecommunications focused projects
-Experience with project delivery involving a variety of resources from working level to Director level.
-Sharp attention to detail with the ability to spot inconsistencies and troubleshoot potential issues.
Job Requirements:
-Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Risk Management, or related in Project Management or equivalent work experience.
-Fluent in Mandarin and English (Oral and Written) is a must.
-Minimal 2 years of related experience managing a Project Management Office and Project Managers.
-Knowledge of telecom related engineering and computer applications of equipment and data base management systems
-Strong time management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
-Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
-Knowledge of MS Project is an advantage. Knowledge of financial processes (e.g. invoicing and budgeting)
