Job Description

Bertanggungjawab terhadap pencapaian target penjualan produk Property/Mortgage melalui strategi pengembangan jaringan Agency maupun Direct Selling dengan beberapa aktivitas utama seperti:

  • Melakukan perekrutan Agent untuk pengembangan jaringan sesuai profil yang tepat
  • Menjaga hubungan kerja yang baik dengan Agent sehingga dapat meningkatkan loyalitas dan menghasilkan Agent yang produktif
  • Melakukan segmentasi Agent berdasarkan potensi penjualan
  • Melakukan aktivitas direct selling untuk menunjang peningkatan penjualan produk Properti/Mortgage
  • Melakukan kunjungan asset calon konsumen untuk memastikan kelayakannya sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku,
Minimum Qualifications
  • Pendidikan Min. S1 Semua Jurusan
  • Diutamakan memiliki pengalaman Marketing/sejenisnya khususnya pada segment Property/Mortgage.
  • Fresh Graduate dipersilakan melamar
  • Bersedia ditempatkan di cabang pamulang
  • Memiliki kendaraan pribadi dan SIM aktif
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik
  • Memiliki tingkat kedisiplinan tinggi
  • Siap bekerja dengan target.
