We are developing construction company and seeking an experienced Project Cost Control Manager:
Responsibility:
Monitoring project progress, identifying potential delays, and proposing mitigation in dealing with delays
Monitoring the budget, cash flow, and project costs.
Analysis of cost vs budget, actual cost, revenue, and project gross margin.
Providing warning if there is a potential deviation in project costs
Monitoring, reviewing, and evaluating the RAP (Execution Budget Plan), project schedule, costs, and construction project progress
Prepare and review project cost reports
?Requirements:
Min S1 Civil Engineering
Experience 5 years as a Project Manager/ Project Control / Project Cost Control
Understanding budgeting, cash flow, cost control, S-curve, time schedule, and project progress reports.
Having good analytical skills, being detail-oriented, communicative, and able to work with targets.
Fluent in Mandarin
