This role is responsible for overseeing pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and ensuring full compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), CPOB, regulatory requirements, and company quality standards.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (Apoteker / Licensed Pharmacist)
Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, QA, or QC
Strong knowledge of GMP, CPOB, quality systems, and pharmaceutical regulations
Demonstrate strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Have proven leadership experience in managing teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives
Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Willing to be placed at Majalengka Site, West Java
Selected candidates may be assigned to Quality Assurance (QA) or Quality Control (QC) functions based on company needs and individual qualifications.
