We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) professional to join our team as part of the establishment of our new Quality Assurance department.
Key Responsibilities
Lead customer complaint handling and coordinate root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive actions.
Reduce internal quality issues through quality analysis and continuous improvement activities.
Develop, revise, and maintain SOPs while promoting quality awareness and employee training.
Manage supplier quality performance and coordinate quality improvement activities with suppliers.
Monitor and report Quality KPIs, and manage quality-related projects.
Serve as the primary quality contact for customers and suppliers, working closely with Sales, Warehouse, and Operations.
Support internal and customer quality audits, when required.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance at a manufacturing company or trading company.
Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
Experience in customer complaint handling, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions (conduct 5 Why analysis and other efficient methods).
Experience in supplier quality management and quality improvement activities.
Experience in preparing SOPs, quality reports, and KPI monitoring.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Microsoft Power BI is preferred.
Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with multiple departments.
