Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

  • Bertanggung jawab atas perencanaan, pemeliharaan, dan troubleshooting sistem kelistrikan perusahaan

  • Mengelola distribusi tenaga listrik dari Tegangan Menengah (MV) hingga Tegangan Rendah (LV)

  • Mengawasi operasional dan maintenance Generator (Genset) dan engine penggerak

  • Menguasai sistem transformator (instalasi, preventive maintenance, analisa gangguan)

  • Melakukan analisa beban listrik dan memastikan keandalan sistem power distribution

  • Mengelola panel MV & LV termasuk instalasi dan evaluasi sistem

  • Memastikan sistem kelistrikan berjalan sesuai standar K3 dan regulasi kelistrikan

  • Memimpin tim electrical dalam operasional harian dan improvement system

Kualifikasi:

  • Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik Elektro (Arus Kuat / Power System)

  • Pengalaman minimal 5–8 tahun di bidang Electrical Utility / Power System

  • Berpengalaman mengelola distribusi listrik MV & LV

  • Memahami Generator, Engine, dan Transformator

  • Mampu melakukan perencanaan, preventive maintenance, dan troubleshooting

  • Memahami perhitungan beban listrik dan sistem distribusi tenaga

  • Memiliki pengalaman memimpin tim
