Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and company standards.
Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional, and efficient service.
Take beverage orders accurately and make recommendations based on guests' preferences.
Maintain knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, beers, and other beverage offerings.
Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times.
Monitor inventory levels and inform management of stock shortages.
Prepare garnishes, mixers, and other bar ingredients before service.
Maintain cleanliness of glassware, bar equipment, and workstations.
Assist in receiving and storing beverage deliveries.
Conduct daily opening and closing procedures, including cleaning and stock reconciliation.
Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
Promote and upsell specialty drinks, premium beverages, and bar promotions.
Follow health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
