Responsibilities
Support the development and enhancement of Alternative Credit Scoring products and solutions
Gather and analyze business requirements, and prepare related documentation (BRD/PRD)
Collaborate with technology, data, and business teams throughout the product development lifecycle
Analyze credit performance, scoring models, and risk trends to identify improvement opportunities
Support scorecard development, customer segmentation, and alternative data initiatives
Monitor model performance and assist in validation and reporting activities
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal governance standards
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors to support project delivery
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in related field
2–5 years of experience in Credit Scoring, Credit Risk Analytics, Consumer Lending, Fintech Lending, Risk Management, Credit Bureau, or Alternative Data Analytics
Experience in fintech, digital lending, banking, consumer finance, BNPL, or credit bureau industries is preferred
Strong understanding of credit scoring, underwriting, and risk management concepts
Proficient in data analysis and SQL; knowledge of Python, R, or other analytical tools is a plus
Experience working with large datasets and analytical reports
Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
